Agh30 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing your use of the agh30 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or using the agh30 platform via agh30.co or our mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and agh30 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes. Users who register an account automatically agree to these terms at the point of registration.
The agh30 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation Requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the agh30 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. agh30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

- An active and reachable Malaysia mobile number
- A valid and working email address
- Bank or eWallet details for MYR transactions
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity carried out under your account is considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us before any transaction takes place. agh30 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to secure their own account. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
Platform Usage Rules
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agh30 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or any tools to manipulate games or transactions
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform
- Sharing your account with others or operating an account on behalf of another person
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unfair advantage
- Spreading false information or defaming the platform or other users
- Attempting to hack, modify, or breach the platform's security systems
Any breach of these rules may result in account termination, balance freezing, and/or legal action by agh30.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All transactions on the agh30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and obtained through lawful means. agh30 accepts a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit is RM 20 for eWallet and RM 30 for bank transfer
- Funds held in your account do not earn interest
- Agh30 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time
- Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name
- All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made
- Agh30 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending identity verification
- Withdrawals involving large amounts may require additional processing time
Agh30 is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays caused by banks, intermediary institutions, or external technical failures beyond our control. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact agh30 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Agh30 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. To the extent permitted by law, agh30 and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to technical disruptions, system failures, or viruses introduced through third-party access.
Users acknowledge that gambling carries real financial risk and that they bear full responsibility for their own betting decisions. agh30 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred through gambling.
Account Suspension & Closure
Agh30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Users identified as minors
- Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of verification.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the agh30 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and trade names — is the exclusive property of agh30 or our licensed suppliers. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from agh30.
The agh30 platform may include links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. agh30 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users are advised to review the terms of use and privacy policy of each third-party website they visit.
Agh30 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a clear revision date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
